Son propriétaire est réalisateur et écrivain et désirait un endroit où il puisse à la fois vivre et travailler, malgré la petite surface. C'est un véritable refuge urbain que l'architecte d'intérieur a réussi à lui créer, bien que cet appartement de 35m2 à Manille, soit situé dans un immeuble de grande hauteur près d'une autoroute.
