À Walthamstow, ce projet de construction sur un ancien site industriel baptisé The Arbour, a vu la naissance de dix maisons mitoyennes pensées pour réduire radicalement leur impact environnemental. Ici, le bilan carbone devient négatif, les déchets disparaissent, et l’énergie se produit sur place. In Walthamstow, this construction project on a former industrial site called The Arbour has seen the creation of ten terraced houses designed to radically reduce their environmental impact. Here, the carbon footprint is negative, waste disappears, and energy is produced on site. This London house with its colourful vintage décor has a surface area of 111m2 on two levels.
