Swedes have high heating cost considerations and face longer darker winters, much as the Quebecois in the north of Canada do. They make better use of smaller spaces, use white or bright colours to gain reflected electric and daylight. Surprised to see wasteful incancescent lights, expected CFL's or LEDs at least. Extensive stainless steel is folly of luxury and not necessary, save for answering the moanings of The Great Corporate American Propaganda Machine that wishes to promote sales this way.
