Mes lecteurs ont du talent : Chez Adrien et Clémence à Montpellier
A un lecteur qui écrit : "j'ai rénové mon appartement situé dans un hôtel particulier et votre blog m'a beaucoup inspiré", vous lui demandez quoi? "je veux voir les photos" (et accessoirement on peut se tutoyer non? ) et lorsque vous voyez le résultat, vous dites "waouh"...Ce duplex de 110m² est celui d'Adrien et Clémence et se situe dans "l' Hôtel de Castries" est l'un des plus vieux hôtels particuliers de Montpellier. Datant du 16ème siècle, il a accueilli en 1660 Anne d'Autriche, mère de Louis XIV. Adrien et Clémence ont profité de ses 4m50 de hauteur sous plafond pour créer un duplex avec 2 chambres à l'étage, la rénovation leur a pris 10 mois et a été faite dans le respect des matériaux anciens. Ils disent eux-mêmes qu'ils y vivent comme des rois, et on n'en doute pas une seconde! Bravo à eux pour cette magnifique rénovation!

Adrien and Clemence took advantage of his 4m50 high ceiling to create a duplex apartment with two bedrooms upstairs, the renovation took them 10 months and was made in respect of old materials. They tell themselves that they live there like kings, and we don't doubt for a second! Well done to them for this beautiful renovation!
