Dans cet immeuble construit en 1923 et dessiné par l'architecte KS. Hansson, c'est comme bien souvent la récupération des combles qui a permis de créer un duplex de bonne taille avec une chambre installée sous pente. La décoration sobre est basée sur le blanc rehaussé de lignes noires et d'éléments bruns fait de cuir et de bois.
