An apartment in a 1904 building, has advantages that don't have modern buildings, especially when, as here, it was perfectly renovated in a contemporary way. Surface: 97m² for a three rooms apartment : it is very spacious. The ceiling height, much greater than the current 2.50m. The  floors full of character just sanded and left raw.
