In Tuscany, near the beautiful city of Siena, the weather is softer. Above a small village of stone houses called Castiglioncello del Trinoro the Monteverdi hotel overlooks the plain and looks towards the hills and cypress trees. Constituted by a set of restored old houses by the will of the owner, an American lawyer, Michael Cioffi, it combines the charm with refined rusticity, thanks to the work local artisans.
