Un refuge idyllique à Majorque
C'est à Pollença, une belle ville au nord de Majorque, que se trouve cette ancienne maison de maître, construite il y a plus de 150 ans. Lorsque son propriétaire actuel, le studio de design allemand Rahe + Rahe, l' a acquise il y a moins de 4 ans, la maison était en assez mauvais état. Pour sa réhabilitation, Rahe + Rahe a confié le projet à l'architecte Jaume Alomar, de SMXL, et les travaux de rénovation et de gestion de projet au promoteur Lf91 Project Managment, qui ont respecté les canons de l'architecture et de l'esthétique majorquine, pour en faire un refuge idyllique.
