Une rénovation à Madrid, pour gagner de la lumière
Le but des travaux de rénovation dans cet appartement de moins de 70 m² situé à Madrid, était d'ouvrir les différents espaces à la lumière venue de l'extérieur, provenant de deux seules fenêtres. Signé par le studio d' architecture et de design Álvarezsotelo, le pari est réussi, grâce à l'unité obtenue entre les sols et les murs, parés de couleurs claires, et du choix d'enlever un maximum de portes, sauf dans les lieux qui nécessitent une intimité absolue, comme la salle de bain.
A renovation in Madrid, to gain light
The purpose of the renovation works in this apartment of less than 70 m² located in Madrid, was to open the various spaces to the light coming from outside, with only two windows. Signed by the architectural and design studio Álvarezsotelo, the bet is successful, thanks to the unity obtained between the floors and the walls, adorned with light colors, and the choice to remove as many doors as possible, except in the places which require absolute privacy, like the bathroom.
