C'est dans un immeuble construit en 1929 que ce deux pièces plein de charme est situé. Il a non seulement conservé ses éléments d'origine, comme les moulures au plafond, mais également vu la surface de sa pièce principale scindée en deux afin de créer une chambre séparée. Toutefois afin de conserver l'impression de volume, mais également de permettre à la partie salon d'être éclairée en second jour, ce sont des portes vitrées qui ont été installées mettant la chambre en exposition (ce qui oblige à faire son lit tous les matins...)
