Lorsque Egue y Seta, le studio d'architecture bien connu à Barcelone, a été chargé de la rénovation de cet appartement, l'objectif principal était d'optimiser la lumière naturelle et les mètres carrés disponibles. Après la démolition de plusieurs cloisons, et une décoration axée sur la couleur et les matériaux naturels, on a obtenu cet espace à l'équilibre parfait, comportant un salon et une cuisine ouverte, ainsi qu'une chambre et une salle de bain.  Photo : Mauricio Fuertes

A perfect balanced appartment in Barcelona
When Egue y Seta, the well-known architectural studio in Barcelona, was entrusted with the renovation of this apartment, the main objective was to optimize the natural light and square meters. After the demolition of several partitions and a decoration based on color and natural materials, they obtained this space  perfectly balanced, made of a living room and an open kitchen, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom.
