C'est l'architecte Prisca Pellerin qui s'est occupée de la rénovation de cet appartement situé sous les toits de Paris. Atypique, il fait 63 m² au sol, et seulement 24 m² habitables. Une exploitation ingénieuse des zones sous les 1,80m a donc été un des buts de la rénovation, ainsi que mettre en valeur les beaux éléments comme les poutres qui pour plus de légèreté ont été blanchies. Living under the rooftops in Paris
The architect Prisca Pellerin took care of the renovation of this apartment located under the rooftops of Paris. Atypical, its floor area makes 63 m², and its living area is only 24 m². An ingenious exploitation of the areas under the 1.80m was therefore one of the goals of the renovation, as well as highlighting the beautiful elements such as beams which for more lightness were bleached.
