Cette maison construite en 1920 en Argentine avait besoin d'une rénovation totale. Son propriétaire, l'architecte Ignacio Montaldo de Estudio Moarqs, lui a donné une nouvelle vie tout en respectant ses racines anciennes, en lui apportant des équipements contemporains, comme des panneaux solaires sur le toit. La cuisine est une totale réussite, assez moderne pour être agréable à vivre avec son grand îlot, et d'un aspect assez traditionnel pour s'accorder au sol d'origine à damier. Photo : Daniel Karp
