Original ceilings preserved like a jewel in Barcelona
This 140m² apartment, located in the Eixample district of Barcelona, needed a lot of changes. But none of them should alter its soul, an example of 1930s architecture and its main jewel: the Catalan vaulted ceramic ceilings. Cristina Cirera from the company Cirera+Espinet has created a cosy and contemporary place with many colours but also space for white, grey and creams mixing design icons with recovered furniture.
