Cette maison design en kit à monter, est faite de deux containers maritimes et conçue en Ontario par Saracen Outdoor. C'est Amazon qui propose de vous la faire parvenir moyennant des frais à calculer selon l'endroit où vous vivez. Bardée de bois, elle vous propose de grandes surfaces ouvertes et vitrées, idéales pour contempler le paysage. Bien entendu avec ses 75.000 $ hors frais d'envoi, son prix est très compétitif, et elle est pour l'instant en rupture de stock chez le fournisseur (mais ça ne saurait durer et je vous propose de découvrir ses aspects techniques en cliquant sur ce lien).
Erratum : lorsque j'ai écrit cet article quelques jours avant de le publier, cette maison avait été partagée sur de nombreux sites américains fiables (je contrôle toujours mes sources). Ce matin, bien entendu après la parution, j'apprends que les photos sont volées d'un autre site, que cette maison n'existe pas bien qu'Amazon ait pourtant bien publié l'annonce, ni à ce prix bien entendu, c'est un fake. Vous m'en voyiez désolée et je vous prie de m'en excuser, c'était vraiment difficile à concevoir. Pourquoi la laisser en ligne alors? Parce que c'est une bonne leçon : vous devez vous méfier de tout sur le net, y compris des sites de vente plutôt sûrs, et acheter vos maisons auprès de professionnels reconnus. Et puis aussi pour rendre à César ce qui est à César : cette maison provient du site Meka Modular, à qui ont été volées les photos. Elle coûte plutôt aux alentours de 200.000 €. Et elle est toujours magnifique. Je vous conseille cet excellent article où j'ai découvert la supercherie.

This kit design house to assemble, is made of two marine containers and designed in Ontario by Saracen Outdoor. Amazon offers to send it to you for a fee depending on where you live. Covered in wood, it offers large open and glazed surfaces, ideal for contemplating the landscape. Of course with its $75,000 excluding shipping costs, its price is very competitive, and it is currently out of stock at the supplier (but this cannot last and I suggest you discover its technical aspects by clicking on this link).
Erratum: when I wrote this article a few days before publishing it, this house had been shared on many reliable American sites (I still control my sources). This morning, of course after the publication, I learn that the photos are stolen from another site, that this house doesn't exist even though Amazon did publish the ad, , nor at this price of course, it is a fake. You saw me sorry for that and I apologize for that, it was really hard to imagine. Why leave it online then? Because it's a good lesson: you have to be wary of everything on the net, including fairly safe shopping sites, and buy your homes from recognized professionals. And also to give back to Caesar what is Caesar's: this house comes from Meka Modular site, from which the photos were stolen. It costs rather around 200,000 €. And it's still beautiful. I recommend this excellent post where I discovered the trickery.
