Lorsque Celia, une jeune artiste, est revenue de Londres à Madrid, elle voulait absolument habiter dans le centre, et désirait s'installer dans un loft. C'est Ivory Escapes, une agence immobilière, qui lui a proposé ce loft situé dans un ancien bâtiment industriel qui venait d'être rénové par leurs soins.  Le duplex qui était auparavant un atelier, a conservé des éléments d'origine comme une immense baie vitrée lambrissée dans la chambre principale ou les imposantes colonnes et poutres de fer. This duplex loft in the center of Madrid is a former workshop
When Celia, a young artist, came back from London to Madrid, she absolutely wanted to live in the centre, and wanted to settle in a loft. It was Ivory Escapes, a real estate agency, who offered her this loft located in an old industrial building that had just been renovated by them. The duplex, which used to be a workshop, has retained original features such as a huge panelled bay window in the master bedroom and the imposing iron columns and beams.
