40m2 apartment for rent full of personality
Maria, the owner of this 40m² apartment in Barcelona, asked the company Houst, which specialises in short and long term rentals, to take charge of the renovation and decoration of this small apartment located in a building built in 1930, which was entrusted to the architect Mariona Gorgorió. The original cement tile floor has been preserved, and the typical Barcelona architecture has been enhanced with industrial and vintage touches.
