Photo : Matt Titone, Read Mc Kendree, Mark Seelen
Former garage transformed into a small house for surfers
Matt Titone, (@mtitone) author of the book "Surf Shacks" has put up for sale his house in Venice Beach, which consists of a main house and a garage converted into a very comfortable little house for surfers. Graduated from an architect school, his brother Sam designed this layout for his family as his first project and did it perfectly. The small house is beautiful, perfectly suited to the relaxed life one imagines in the area, and easy to maintain. It's a successful example of how a nearly abandoned space can be developed to add real value to a property. Photo: Matt Titone, Read Mc Kendree, Mark Seelen
