La rénovation et l'agrandissement d'un appartement par un cabinet d'architecture

Conçue par le cabinet d'architecture Studio Hallett Ike,la rénovation de cet appartement situé dans une ancienne maison victorienne à Londres a consisté en une refonte totale de l'existant et une extension à l'arrière sur le jardin, qui a été bardée en mélèze selon la technique du bois brûlé. De deux-pièces, l'appartement a été transformée en un trois pièces, baptisée ER Residence, et dispose désormais de deux chambres à coucher et d'un salon avec une cuisine en enfilade donnant sur le jardin. Madeleine Ike et Jonty Hallett,les jeunes architectes qui ont créé leur entreprise, et qui sont également les propriétaires de cet appartement mis en vente chez CLARKE, ont ensuite réalisé une décoration design, au minimalisme inspirée par la Scandinavie

Renovation and extension of a flat by an architectural firm
Designed by the Studio Hallett Ike architectural firm, the renovation of this flat in a former Victorian house in London consisted of a complete overhaul of the existing building and an extension to the rear garden, which was clad in larch using the burnt wood technique. The one-bedroom flat was converted from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom flat, called ER Residence, and now has two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen adjoining it and overlooking the garden. Madeleine Ike and Jonty Hallett, the young architects who set up their company and who are also the owners of this flat for sale at CLARKE, then created a design decoration with a minimalism inspired by Scandinavia.
