It is still snowing in Sweden, and it is here that we discover this mini wooden house with a total surface area of 31m2 (20m2 on the ground, and 11m2 on the mezzanine), a principle that the Swedes call "studio house". It is indeed very pleasant to be able to live in a totally individual dwelling even if you only want something small. The glazed gable and high ceilings give an impression of volume that makes you feel spacious and not cramped. Why not consider this type of construction in the garden of your main house to welcome friends, a relative, or a child who is growing up and wants to be independent, inspired by the plans of this small house (for information, this house is sold in Sweden for about 130.000 € but it is a price that includes of course the price of the plot where it is built).
