Ce mini loft a été réalisé par le studio "ILC Interiorismo Low Cost" à Madrid, qui a transformé une petite surface banale qui avait de hauts plafonds, des poutres et des briques apparentes. Son jeune propriétaire qui en avait été locataire avant de l'acquérir avait une idée bien précise de ce qu'il désirait : une ambiance industrielle authentique et une redistribution de l'espace pour gagner en surface, luminosité et fonctionnalité.
