La rénovation d'un appartement en design bleu et blanc

Ce sont le bleu et le blanc qui ont été choisis pour la rénovation de cet appartement de Madrid, un fil conducteur que l'on retrouve dans toutes les pièces. C'est en découvrant sur Instagram le travail de l'architecte Mª José Navarro, que les propriétaires ont décidé de lui confier le projet après l'arrivée d'un enfant, un chantier mené à bien grâce également à la collaboration de la collègue de l'architecte, Marta Díaz-Noriega Suárez. Avec ses magnifiques vues sur la ville, ce lumineux appartement possède désormais un plan idéal pour leur jeune famille, et on apprécie photo après photo l'agencement, la grande cuisine avec îlot, la chambre parentale et son dressing ouvert comme on en rêve. La plupart des cloisons ont été abattues afin de créer de nouveaux espaces, même si certains murs porteurs ont du être conservés. L'élégance de la décoration contemporaine est intemporelle, et gageons que les propriétaires se sentiront bien dans leur nouvel appartement pendant les prochaines années. Renovation of a flat in blue and white design
Blue and white were chosen for the renovation of this flat in Madrid, a common thread running through all the rooms. After discovering the work of the architect Mª José Navarro on Instagram, the owners decided to entrust him with the project after the arrival of a child, a project that was also carried out with the collaboration of the architect's colleague, Marta Díaz-Noriega Suárez. With its magnificent views of the city, this bright flat now has an ideal layout for their young family, and we appreciate picture after picture the layout, the large kitchen with island, the parental bedroom and its open walk-in wardrobe, just as we dreamed. Most of the partitions were knocked down to create new spaces, even if some load-bearing walls had to be kept.
