Terrasse et chambre en mezzanine pour un mini loft

Ce mini loft avec une grande terrasse est situé dans le quartier vivant de Poblenou à Barcelone. Sa surface disponible a été augmentée en ajoutant une mezzanine qui n'existait pas à l'origine, en profitant de la belle hauteur sous plafond. Ce sont les architectes et les décorateurs d'intérieur de Brakara Design qui ont réalisé le projet, s'inspirant du style industriel pour transformer ce lieu totalement abandonné. Ils ont conservé des éléments originaux tels que le plafond voûté catalan qui a été peint en blanc, pour augmenter la luminosité, et la brique ancienne du mur porteur et les ont mélangés à des éléments plus contemporains comme l'acier. La terrasse extérieure, est un patio protégé qui permet de profiter du temps agréable de cette ville du sud de la Méditerranée.

This mini loft with a large terrace is located in the lively district of Poblenou in Barcelona. The living space has been increased by adding a mezzanine that did not exist originally, taking advantage of the high ceilings. The architects and interior designers of Brakara Design carried out the project, taking inspiration from the industrial style to transform this totally abandoned place. They have kept original elements such as the Catalan vaulted ceiling, which has been painted white to increase the luminosity, and the former brick of the load-bearing wall and have mixed them with more contemporary elements such as steel. The outdoor terrace is a protected patio that allows you to enjoy the pleasant weather of this southern Mediterranean city.
