Située sur les collines de Palma, cette maison design avec piscine adopte l'esprit de Bali, de façon soft, pour devenir une parfaite maison de vacances très dépaysante. Construite par l'architecte renommé Alejandro Palomino, c'est une grande maison familiale de plus de 600m² où l'on trouve même un ascenseur qui dessert les trois niveaux. Elle tire sa décoration ethnique d'objets décoratif importés de Bali, mais aussi d'éléments de construction de cette île indonésienne comme le carrelage de la piscine.
Le plan est inversé, c'est à dire que les chambres sont positionnés aux niveaux inférieurs, pendant que le salon, et la terrasse avec piscine sont au niveau le plus haut. Le mobilier, outre les pièces balinaises, est de style design, laissant la vedette aux volumes et à la nature environnante, avec une abondance de plantes méditerranéennes, matchant avec perfection avec l'esprit de la maison. Des couleurs pastel viennent relever le tout dans cette maison design avec piscine, pour ne pas tomber dans un excès d'accord blanc/bois, qui si il est très beau, peut devenir parfois un peu ennuyeux.
Located in the hills of Palma, this designer house with pool adopts the spirit of Bali in a soft way to become a perfect holiday home with a change of scenery. Built by renowned architect Alejandro Palomino, it's a large family home of more than 600 m², that even has a lift to all three levels. The ethnic decoration is based on decorative objects imported from Bali, but also on building elements from the Indonesian island, such as the tiles in the pool.
The layout is reversed, i.e. the bedrooms are positioned on the lower levels, while the living room and the terrace with pool are on the highest level. The furniture, apart from the Balinese pieces, is designer style, giving pride of place to the volumes and the surrounding nature, with an abundance of Mediterranean plants, matching perfectly with the spirit of the house. Pastel colours are used in this design house with swimming pool, to avoid an excessive white/wood harmony, which, although very beautiful, can sometimes become a little boring.
