The Curator's Apartment est un appartement destiné à la location situé dans la célèbre ville de Bath en Grande-Bretagne.Sa décoration beige est épurée et basée sur l'utilisation des couleurs neutres et naturelles. C'est Tina Liu, qui a créé ce lieu, dans une rue typique de la ville, où les restaurants, les boutiques d'antiquaires et les brocantes sont légion. Elle a voulu en faire un espace, où le mobilier ancien et les éléments plus contemporains sont mélangés en parfaite harmonie.
Accessible par une petite allée située à l'arrière d'un bâtiment classique, c'est presque une petite maison sur deux niveaux avec son entrée privée, au calme tout en restant près du dynamisme du quartier. L'atmosphère sereine qui se dégage de la décoration beige a été entièrement voulue par la designer, qui a pensé l'appartement comme un lieu qui est à la fois un logement et une mini galerie d'art. La rénovation qui a duré six mois, a mis en valeur les volumes de cet espace ancien, ainsi que sa luminosité. Il est proposé aux artistes gratuitement, contre une œuvre qu'ils ont réalisé, et on y trouve en conséquence, toujours quelque chose de nouveau à découvrir. Une belle idée n'est-ce pas?

Tina Liu created this place, in a typical street of the city, where restaurants, antique shops and second-hand shops are legion. She wanted to make it a space where old furniture and more contemporary elements are mixed in perfect harmony.
Accessed through a small alley at the back of a classic building, it is almost like a small house on two levels with its own private entrance, quiet yet close to the dynamism of the neighbourhood. The serene atmosphere that emanates from the beige decoration was entirely intended by the designer, who thought of the flat as a place that is both a home and a mini art gallery. The renovation, which lasted six months, highlighted the volumes of this old space, as well as its luminosity. It is offered to artists free of charge, in exchange for a work they have created, and as a result there is always something new to discover. A nice idea, isn't it?
