Ce loft situé dans l'ancien bâtiment industriel portant le nom de Silos de Dorrego, a été rénové avec un style industriel préservé. C'est le designer Iván Nahas, qui a conçu la rénovation de ce pied-à-terre qui allie le passé du bâtiment à un lieu résidentiel. Un de ses amis lui a demandé de s'occuper du projet après avoir acheté ce plateau brut, où bien entendu les poutres métalliques devaient être conservées, non seulement pour garantir la structure du bâtiment, mais également pour leur beauté et leur témoignage de la vie ancienne des lieux.
Avec l'aide de l'entreprise Wood Market, le designer a créé cet appartement à l'âme masculine, rempli d'oeuvres d'art contemporaines. Une alliance de bois et de tons foncés, de détails classiques et d'éléments chinés par le propriétaire font la personnalité de ce loft au style industriel préservé. Mais ce sont les poutres métalliques qui donnent à cet endroit, un impact visuel immédiat, qui ne manque ni de sophistication, ni d'élégance. Photo : Javier Picerno
This loft, located in the old industrial building known as Silos de Dorrego, has been renovated with a preserved industrial style. The designer Iván Nahas was responsible for the renovation of this pied-à-terre, which combines the building's past with a residential area. A friend of his asked him to take charge of the project after buying this raw warehouse, where of course the metal beams had to be preserved, not only to guarantee the structure of the building, but also for their beauty and testimony to the old life of the place.
With the help of the Wood Market company, the designer created this flat with a masculine soul, filled with contemporary works of art. A combination of wood and dark tones, classic details and elements found by the owner give this loft its personality with its preserved industrial style.
