Située en haut d'une colline, et dominant son jardin, cette mini maison de 20m2 blanche en bois, peut être occupée comme une résidence secondaire, ou bien encore comme une résidence principale. A l'intérieur, sa décoration est minimaliste, avec l'utilisation du blanc en majorité relevé dans la pièce principale par le jaune de doubles rideaux qui habillent la baie vitrée. Bien entendu, la mezzanine très basse accessible seulement avec une échelle réservée aux plus agiles, est plutôt une zone de stockage qu'un espace pour installer un lit.
