La rénovation moderne et lumineuse de ce petit appartement de 45m2 a été effectuée par le studio d'architecture espagnol Arad Estudio qui a ouvert les espaces les uns sur les autres au maximum. La chambre et le bureau sont en enfilade à la gauche du salon où se trouve également la cuisine, et sont séparés par une verrière. L'ensemble de la décoration est élégante et méditerranéenne, jouant sur les matériaux naturels, et le bleu, mais sans en faire trop dans les clichés.
Le blanc sur les murs et les couleurs claires ont été privilégiés pour cette rénovation moderne et lumineuse, car bien entendu, cela permet toujours d'obtenir une impression d'espace plus importante. Et c'est une obligation dans une surface de moins de 50m2 si on ne veut pas se sentir étouffé. On se trouve ici devant un petit appartement de 45m2 seulement, mais avec des espaces bien définis et agréables, faciles à vivre.
