Lorsque leurs enfants sont nés, il leur a semblé plus difficile de partir en voyage sous la tente avec trois chérubins, et ils ont donc cherché une maison à rénover sur la côte australienne. C'est à Derby, en Tasmanie, que Georgia Young et Jack Shapiro sont tombés amoureux de cette bâtisse pleine de charme et ont entrepris une lourde rénovation pour en faire un lieu charmant à la décoration vintage.
Après de nombreuses péripéties (car l'histoire d'une rénovation de maison, c'est aussi cela), ils ont désormais une charmante résidence secondaire qu'ils occupent le plus souvent possible, en la louant pendant les périodes où ils ne l'occupent pas.
