Il est placé de façon à chauffer tous les volumes, et s'associe parfaitement aux tons sobres de la décoration de cette zone de réception.
Sur une base neutre de murs blancs et de sol gris, on a réussit ici à créer une pièce regroupant les différentes fonctions mais qui sont clairement définies. La composition d'étagères côté salle à manger rappelle dans une version modernisée les buffets d'antan, en renouvelant le style. La cuisine toute proche, mais pas trop visible tout en restant pratique, permet de ne pas avoir besoin de rangements supplémentaires pour la vaisselle.
