Un grand appartement avec terrasse à la surface doublée
En Argentine, dans le quartier de Coghlan à Buenos Aires, la propriétaire d'un appartement a eu l'occasion d'acheter celui qui était juste à côté et de pouvoir doubler sa surface initiale, en réunissant les deux logements. Elle a ainsi créé son grand appartement avec terrasse de 120m2 et l'a décoré avec un mélange noir et blanc, rustique et moderne. Elle et son mari ne souhaitaient pas déménager, et cette solution pour s'agrandir s'est révélée parfaite pour le couple.
La décoration contemporaine sage est intemporelle et réussie. La terrasse fait le tour de l'appartement et est une véritable pièce d'extérieur, traitée comme telle, avec un aménagement confortable qui regroupe un salon et une grande table pour prendre ses repas dehors. Les baies vitrées qui animent les murs s'ouvrent largement sur cette terrasse, l'élément déterminant dans l'envie des propriétaires de rester dans cet immeuble sans avoir besoin de déménager pour s'agrandir. She created her large 120m2 terrace flat and decorated it with a mix of black and white, rustic and modern. She and her husband didn't want to move, and this solution to expanding proved perfect for the couple.
The wise contemporary decor is timeless and successful. The terrace runs around the flat and is a real outdoor room, decorated as such, with a comfortable layout that includes a lounge and a large table for outdoor dining. The bay windows that animate the walls open widely onto this terrace, the determining factor in the owners' desire to stay in this building without having to move to expand.
