The high ceilings (no less than 5 metres to the ridge) are particularly noticeable in the reception area of this contemporary family duplex. The recovery of the top floor allowed the creation of an additional level served by a metal staircase of industrial style, even if the decor of this flat is not centered on a loft design. It is more simply a classic Scandinavian decor, where oak, white and grey play their usual part. It is in the exploitation of the volumes that this duplex remains the most interesting without any doubt.
