Ce grand studio, ou plutôt ce mini loft de 40m2 possède non seulement une belle personnalité mais également un grand balcon vitré. Un mur de briques habille le salon à la décoration actuelle de style industriel (mais sans en faire trop). C'est dans un immeuble datant de la moitié du 20e siècle que ce petit appartement d'une seule pièce, avec la chambre dissimulée derrière un rideau, pour rester intime qu'il a été réalisé.

Son grand balcon vitré est un second salon où l'on peut recevoir autour d'une table de taille confortable. Une verrière en métal noir sépare la cuisine du salon, et permet ainsi de conserver une certaine impression d'espace dans ce mini loft de 40m2 bien aménagé en Suède. Et même si on n'est pas là devant un appartement exceptionnel, au moins de par sa surface, son plan bien exploité et sa décoration réussie lui donnent un intérêt certain.

And even if this is not an exceptional flat, at least in terms of its surface, its well-exploited layout and its successful decoration give it a certain interest.
