Des murs et des plafonds en béton et de larges fenêtres sur toute la hauteur, caractérisent ce loft brutaliste très lumineux. C'est un lieu très original, créé à partir de deux appartements superposés, dont le second n'a jamais vu le jour, on a ainsi récupéré une double hauteur sous plafond, ainsi qu'une porte d'entrée inutile qui n'a pas été cachée. Car il est toujours possible dans cette configuration d'ajouter un étage supplémentaire à ce loft avec une entrée indépendante, ce qui en fait un endroit tout à fait atypique !
La surface au sol de ce loft brutaliste ne fait que 43m2 et peut donc être portée si on le désire à 86m2, mais il faut avouer que ce grand espace déplafonné ne manque pas de charme. On retrouve ici le véritable esprit loft avec tous les espaces ouverts les uns sur les autres. La cuisine est minimaliste, et le salon et la chambre à coucher très confortables, décorés de façon contemporaine. Le cuir fauve du canapé et le tapis moelleux adoucissent le côté brut des murs et des plafonds, et arrivent à rendre l'endroit très chaleureux.

It is a very original place, created from two superimposed flats, the second of which never saw the light of day, so we recovered a double height under the ceiling, as well as a useless entrance door which was not hidden. Because it is always possible in this configuration to add an extra floor to this loft with an independent entrance, which makes it a very atypical place!
The floor area of this brutalist loft is only 43m2 and can therefore be increased to 86m2 if desired, but it must be said that this large, open-plan space does not lack charm. We find here the true spirit of the loft with all the spaces open to each other. The kitchen is minimalist, and the living room and bedroom very comfortable, decorated in a contemporary way. The tan leather sofa and the soft carpet soften the roughness of the walls and ceilings, and make the place very cosy.
