Cette maison vitrée pour les vacances dans la nature est construite dans un domaine verdoyant au sud-est du Brésil, à Urubici. C'est une maison de surface moyenne, qui est aménagée pour six personnes (à condition que deux d'entre elles acceptent de dormir sur un canapé convertible !). Sa propriétaire, Dabbila, après avoir vécu 9 ans à l'étranger, a décidé de revenir au Brésil et de créer avec son mari ce domaine où l'on trouve cette maison mais aussi d'autres constructions, dont une maison A-Frame.

L'architecture de cette bâtisse est particulièrement intéressante, avec un plan qui forme un angle, et de larges surfaces vitrées sur la façade pour profiter du paysage. Elles amènent bien entendu une grande luminosité dans toutes les pièces, et effacent les frontières entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur. Le bois est le protagoniste principal de la construction, et l'acier vient le compléter. Une terrasse est installée devant la maison, avec un espace où se trouvent un canapé d'extérieur et un brasero.

This glazed house for holidays in nature is built on a green estate in the south-east of Brazil, in Urubici. It's a medium-sized house, which sleeps six people (provided that two of them agree to sleep on a sofa bed!). Its owner, Dabbila, after living abroad for 9 years, decided to return to Brazil and set up this estate with her husband, which includes this house as well as other buildings, including an A-Frame house.

The architecture of this building is particularly interesting, with a floor plan that forms an angle, and large glazed areas on the façade to take advantage of the landscape. Naturally, this brings a great deal of light into all the rooms, and blurs the boundaries between inside and outside. Wood is the main protagonist of the construction, complemented by steel. A terrace has been installed in front of the house, with a space for an outdoor sofa and a brasero.
