Lorsque les propriétaires de cet appartement madrilène aux couleurs fraiches avec une grande terrasse ont pris possession de leur bien tout neuf, ils ont compris immédiatement qu'ils devraient y apporter des modifications. La cuisine par exemple, installée d'origine par le promoteur ne correspondait en rien à leurs besoins familiaux, et ils manquaient d'espaces de rangement dans celle-ci. Ils se sont donc adressée au studio María del Valle Interior Staging pour réaliser leur projet. Toutefois les professionnels qui se sont occupés de tout, étaient conscients qu'ils disposaient d'un budget limité et qu'il fallait prioriser certaines pièces de l'appartement.

L'un des principaux objectifs du projet a donc été en tout premier lieu, d'adapter la cuisine aux besoins de la famille et aux réunions entre amis, et d'augmenter considérablement sa capacité de stockage. Ce sont des meubles avec tiroirs qui ont été privilégiés pour la facilité qu'ils représentent au quotidien en matière de rangement. Dans le salon et la salle à manger, le chêne clair a été associé à des couleurs comme le jaune moutarde, le bleu, le vert et le beige. La terrasse est aménagée comme un patio intime, et traitée comme un salon et une salle à manger d'extérieur dont on profite de nombreux mois de l'année dans cet appartement madrilène aux couleurs fraiches. A freshly-coloured Madrid flat with a terrace

When the owners of this freshly-coloured Madrid flat with a large terrace took possession of their brand new property, they realised straight away that they would have to make some changes. The kitchen, for example, had originally been installed by the developer, but it didn't suit their family needs, and there wasn't enough storage space in it. So they turned to María del Valle Interior Staging to carry out their project. However, the professionals who took care of everything were aware that they had a limited budget and that they needed to prioritise certain rooms in the flat.

One of the main objectives of the project was therefore to adapt the kitchen to the needs of the family and gatherings of friends, and to considerably increase its storage capacity. Furniture with drawers was chosen for the ease with which it can be stored on a daily basis. In the lounge and dining room, light oak has been combined with colours such as mustard yellow, blue, green and beige. The terrace has been laid out as an intimate patio, and treated as an outdoor living and dining area to be enjoyed many months of the year in this freshly coloured Madrid flat.
