Ce petit appartement de 45m2 rénové à Barcelone profite désormais d'un maximum d'espace et de lumière grâce au travail accompli par les professionnels de Brákara Studio. Les volumes ont été largement ouverts et la décoration choisie avec une base de bois et de blanc. Lorsque ses propriétaires en ont fait l'acquisition, c'était un appartement très sombre qui incitait à la claustrophobie, et il n'en ait plus rien désormais. Les cloisons qui fermaient les pièces empêchaient de voir le superbe plafond catalan, et c'était vraiment dommage.
Brákara Studio a donc proposé à ses propriétaires de faire une rénovation totale, afin de le moderniser et d'optimiser les espaces. La première tâche effectuée a été d'abattre les cloisons, et d'établir un nouveau plan. La cuisine est désormais ouverte sur le salon dans ce petit appartement de 45m2 rénové, le canapé servant de frontière visuelle entre les deux espaces. This small, refurbished 45m2 flat in Barcelona now boasts maximum space and light thanks to the work carried out by the professionals at Brákara Studio. The volumes have been opened up and the decor chosen with a base of wood and white. When the owners bought it, it was a very dark, claustrophobic flat, but that's no longer the case. The partitions that closed off the rooms prevented the superb Catalan ceiling from being seen, and that was a real shame.
So Brákara Studio suggested that the owners carry out a complete renovation to modernise and optimise the space. The first task was to break down the partitions and draw up a new floor plan. The kitchen is now open to the living room in this small, renovated 45m2 flat, with the sofa acting as a visual boundary between the two spaces.
