Présenté dans le cadre de Living Experience, ce petit appartement contemporain de 50m2 avec une verrière a été conçu par l'architecte Cecilia Fidanza à Buenos Aires en Argentine. Elle avait comme objectif de créer une atmosphère sereine pour la propriétaire, et de mettre en valeur sa lumière. On y trouve les espaces indispensables pour le quotidien, décorés de façon intemporelle en tons sobres et neutres. La cuisine est ouverte sur le salon, et la chambre est fermée mais pas totalement.

Le verre nervuré utilisé pour la verrière aux lignes Art déco de cette dernière permet à la lumière de circuler librement, tout en créant un minimum d'intimité. L'entrée a bénéficié du même travail minutieux de l'architecte, et l'on remarque le dressing vitré installé dans celle-ci. A small 50m2 contemporary flat with a glass partition

Presented as part of Living Experience, this small 50m2 contemporary flat with a glass partition was designed by architect Cecilia Fidanza in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her aim was to create a serene atmosphere for the owner, and to make the most of her light. It contains all the essential spaces for everyday life, decorated in timeless, sober, neutral tones. The kitchen opens onto the living room, and the bedroom is closed off but not completely.

The ribbed glass used for the Art Deco-style glass partition in the bedroom allows light to circulate freely, while creating a minimum of privacy. The entrance hall has benefited from the same meticulous work by the architect, and the glazed wardrobe installed there is particularly noteworthy. This is a small, contemporary 50m2 flat set high up in the city centre, and its balcony, adorned with plants, is a refreshing space in this urban environment. Photo: Javier Picerno
