La palette de couleurs et de matières est sobre, et les formes organiques, afin d'apporter un maximum de douceur à cet endroit contemporain et minimaliste. Les deux colonnes du salon, qui devaient être conservées pour la structure de l'appartement, ont été transformées en un bar en marbre, et sont l'élément pivot de la zone salon cuisine, en les séparant sans les fermer.
