Destiné à la location de courte durée, ce studio nantais de 28m2 totalement neuf et blanc a été repensé par l'architecte d'intérieur Lucie Rouland à la demande d'un investisseur. Le pitch était de créer un appartement chaleureux et confortable, ayant une réelle personnalité, pratique, mais tout en restant dans les limites d'un budget fixé et ne devant pas être dépassé. La surface brute de l'appartement était sans charme aucun, et il fallait tout le talent d'une professionnelle pour en faire quelque chose de personnalisé, tout en laissant à chaque occupant, la possibilité de se sentir vraiment chez lui.
Il n'a pas fallu plus de 10 jours pour réaliser cet exploit, un charmant studio nantais de 28m2 est né après l'apport d'éléments colorés à l'aspect chaleureux, et de mobilier en matériaux naturels. Du lieu uniformément blanc, avec sa cuisine banale avec îlot, on est passé à un appartement à la forte personnalité, dans l'air du temps, un petit cocon urbain réconfortant dans la belle ville de Nantes, tout cela pour un budget maîtrisé de 7000€ au total. Designed for short-term rental, this brand new, white 28m2 studio apartment in Nantes was redesigned by interior designer Lucie Rouland at the request of an investor. The brief was to create a warm, comfortable flat with real personality and practicality, while remaining within a set budget that could not be exceeded. The raw surface of the flat was devoid of any charm, and it took all the talent of a professional to turn it into something personalised, while allowing each occupant to feel truly at home.
It took no more than 10 days to achieve this feat, and a charming 28m2 studio in Nantes was born after the addition of warm, colourful elements and furniture made from natural materials. From a uniformly white space, with its banal kitchen and island, the result is a flat with a strong personality, in tune with the times, a comforting little urban cocoon in the beautiful city of Nantes, all for a budget of just €7,000.
