Eclairé par une haute fenêtre en pignon, cet appartement lumineux et coloré de 80m2 en duplex, se trouve dans un immeuble neuf. Son architecture évoque plus celle d'une petite maison que d'un appartement. La designer d'intérieur Yulia Golavskaya, a réalisé l'aménagement de cet appartement pour une famille qui vient y passer ses vacances.C'est cette fenêtre atypique, mais aussi sa terrasse qui font une grande partie de son charme à l'origine. Il suffisait d'y ajouter une réelle personnalité.
Ses couleurs inhabituelles participent à celle-ci. Le bleu, et le corail se partagent les espaces. La hauteur sous plafond de 5 mètres lui donne un volume appréciable, même si l'appartement reste de surface moyenne. Elle a permis la création d'une mezzanine qui accueille des couchages supplémentaires que l'on atteint à partir d'un escalier situé dans la cuisine, un aménagement atypique. Les clients de la designer souhaitaient de l'originalité et de la couleur, ainsi qu'une touche de vintage, et ont été pleinement satisfait du travail de la professionnelle. Illuminated by a high gable window, this bright and colourful 80m2 duplex flat Illuminated by a high gable window, is located in a new building. . Its architecture is more reminiscent of a small house than a flat. Interior designer Yulia Golavskaya designed the flat for a family holidaying there, and it's the unusual window and terrace that originally gave it its charm. All that was needed was to add some real personality.
Its unusual colours are part of this. Blue and coral share the space. The 5-metre high ceilings give the flat an appreciable volume, even if it remains of average size. A mezzanine has been created to provide additional sleeping space, which can be accessed via a staircase located in the kitchen - an atypical layout.
