Donnant sur une belle terrasse et un petit jardin de ville orienté au sud, il se compose d'un premier niveau de 50m2 et d'un second de 23m2. Avec son entrée privative directement sur l'extérieur, on dirait presque une petite maison de ville.
La grande pièce de vie en double hauteur, avec ses grandes baies vitrées vous fait oublier que vous êtes dans un appartement de surface moyenne. L'esprit est scandinave, ce qui est naturel, puisque nous nous trouvons ici en Suède, un pays où l'on découvre souvent des appartements récents qui ont une véritable personnalité grâce à une architecture qui les sort du banal.
