Découvrez la mini maison française LODJ, d'une surface comprise entre 20 et 50m2 selon vos besoins, qu'il s'agisse d'un bureau pour le télétravail, d'un studio de jardin, d'un atelier, ou d'une maison pour loger un parent ou un enfant. Elle existe en deux modèles, un à toit plat, un autre à toit à deux pentes, et également sur mesure pour une surface dans cette configuration qui peut aller jusqu'à 50m2. C'est une mini maison à ossature bois, qui s'adapte aux projets personnalisés.
Le concept a été dessiné conjointement par par l’architecte Emily CAPRON (Studio-EC Architecture) et l’ingénieur Laurent BOURDON (bureau d’études LINOVATEC), et est un produit 100% "made in France". Fabriqué en partenariat avec deux experts de la construction bois, chaque panneau est composé de matériaux hauts-de-gamme et robustes. Après confection, les panneaux sont transportés chez chaque client, en prévision de leur assemblage. Intéressés par ce concept? Discover the LODJ French mini house, with a surface area of between 20 and 50m2 depending on your needs, whether it's an office for teleworking, a garden studio, a workshop, or a house to accommodate a parent or child. It comes in two models, one with a flat roof, the other with a gable roof, and can also be made to measure for a surface area in this configuration of up to 50m2. It's a wood-frame mini house that can be adapted to suit individual projects.
The concept was designed jointly by architect Emily CAPRON (Studio-EC Architecture) and engineer Laurent BOURDON (LINOVATEC design office), and is a 100% "made in France" product. Manufactured in partnership with two experts in timber construction, each panel is made from high-quality, robust materials.
