Et si ses dimensions sont restreintes ce n'est pas pour autant une mini maison où l'on oublie le confort et l'esthétique. La tiny house du lac présente un extérieur classique bardé de bois pré-grisé (du pin Douglas brossé), et est adaptée à partir du modèle de base de la marque.
On peut y vivre pendant quelques jours, ou plus longtemps pour les amateurs de vie décroissante, y dormir, cuisiner, se laver dans un environnement aux couleurs douces. Un espace couchage en bas permet d'accueillir un enfant si on le souhaite, et passer d'une tiny house pour deux, à une tiny house pour trois.
