Un appartement vintage et coloré de 128m2 au cœur de Barcelone

Au cœur de Barcelone, dans le quartier de El Born, dans un immeuble ancien à la belle façade rappelant les immeubles haussmanniens à Paris, nous découvrons cet appartement vintage et coloré de 128m2 parfaitement rénové il y a une dizaine d'années. Un grand salon et sa salle à manger, une belle cuisine ouverte digne d'un chef, et trois chambres avec leur salle de bain, voici ce qui nous attend pendant cette visite.

Le sol du salon mérite à lui seul le détour, fait de carreaux de ciment qui forment un dessin géométrique fascinant, à la manière de la Rome antique, ou de Fornasetti. Avec un tel début, les murs blancs étaient une évidence dans cette grande pièce, la couleur étant présente dans le mobilier avec un canapé Togo d'un rouge vif, et des vases verts translucides. Le bois est également omniprésent dans la grande table, la cuisine, les poutres, et les portes anciennes. On retrouve des touches de couleur dans chaque chambre.

A vintage, colourful 128m2 flat in the heart of Barcelona

In the heart of Barcelona, in the El Born district, in an old building with a beautiful façade reminiscent of the Haussmann-style buildings in Paris, we discover this vintage and colourful 128m2 flat, perfectly renovated around ten years ago. A large living room and dining room, a beautiful open-plan kitchen worthy of a chef, and three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - this is what awaits us during our visit.

The living room floor alone is worth the diversions, made of cement tiles that form a fascinating geometric pattern, in the style of ancient Rome or Fornasetti. With a start like this, white walls were an obvious choice for this large room, and colour is present in the furniture, with a bright red Togo sofa and translucent green vases. Wood is also omnipresent in the large table, the kitchen, the beams and the antique doors. There are touches of colour in every bedroom.
