Pierre-Alain et Hélène ont eu la chance de trouver un terrain constructible et de pouvoir faire construire leur maison neuve en Bretagne dans un village. Tout était donc à faire, et pour réaliser leur projet ils ont fait appel à Archibien, qui s'est chargé pour eux de l'appel d'offres d'architectes. Avec les trois propositions prenant en compte leurs désirs et leur budget, ils ont pu faire construire la maison de leur rêve.
Le terrain en pente douce nécessitait une certaine adaptation de la construction. Ce sont les architectes de "La Serre d'expérimentation des Ars" qui a su correspondre à leurs besoins, leurs goût, et les impératifs du site en matière de législation locale. Un toit en pente, des matériaux et une structure inspirée de l’architecture vernaculaire étaient autant d’éléments à respecter. Si pour le moment, cette maison d'où l'on peut voir la mer, est leur maison de vacances, ils souhaitent qu'elle devienne à l'avenir leur maison principale (et on les comprend!). Pierre-Alain and Hélène were lucky enough to find a building plot and to be able to construct their entirely new house in a village in Brittany. Everything had to be done, and to make their project a reality they turned to Archibien, who put out a call for architects on their behalf. With the three proposals taking into account their wishes and budget, they were able to construct the house of their dreams.
The gently sloping terrain meant that the building had to be adapted to some extent. The architects from "La Serre d'expérimentation des Ars" were able to match their needs, tastes and the site's requirements in terms of local legislation. A pitched roof, materials and a structure inspired by vernacular architecture were all elements that had to be respected. For the moment, this house, from which you can see the sea, is their holiday home, but they want it to become their main home in the future (and we understand them!).
