Cet appartement neuf et design de 74m2 n'était au départ qu'une coquille vide en béton. Situé au 22e étage d'une tour nouvellement construite, il est de ce fait très lumineux. La propriétaire, une jeune femme d'affaire dynamique, a chargé les architectes d'intérieur Aleksandra Dashkevich, et Olga Oleynikova de And Design de l'aménager, le décorer afin d'avoir un logement qui corresponde à sa personnalité.
Elle désirait créer un espace de vie confortable conçu pour une ou deux personnes, un salon avec une cuisine ouverte, une chambre principale, une chambre d'amis, un espace bureau pour le télétravail, et deux salles de bain. Les architectes ont modifié le plan initial du promoteur avec de créer une suite parentale avec dressing et salle de bain privative. Une fois le plan arrêté, la décoration intérieure de cet appartement neuf et design a pu être déterminée. This 74m2 new designer flat started life as an empty concrete shell. Located on the 22nd floor of a newly-built tower, it is therefore very bright. The owner, a dynamic young businesswoman, commissioned interior designers Aleksandra Dashkevich and Olga Oleynikova of And Design to fit out and decorate the flat to match her personality.
She wanted to create a comfortable living space designed for one or two people, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom, a guest bedroom, an office space for teleworking, and two bathrooms. The architects modified the developer's original plan to create a master suite with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Once the plan had been finalised, it was time to decide on the interior decor for this new, designer flat.
