J'ai déjà eu l'occasion de vous présenter les quatre premières maisons de vacances proposées par Iconic House, et ce sont des propriétés exceptionnelles à plus d'un titre. Elles sont toutes situées dans des lieux où l'on aimerait vivre plus que quelques jours, qu'il s'agisse de la Provence, de la montagne, et de la côte basque. Voici une immense et chaleureuse maison en bois au cœur du Cap Ferret , dernier projet réalisé par Thibaud Elzière et Robin Michel. Et elle est la bien nommée : Le Cœur du Ferret, en étant située sur la pointe du Cap-Ferret.
Thibaud passe en famille depuis de nombreuses années, une partie de ses vacances chaque été dans cette magnifique ville (et bien avant que la station balnéaire soit à la mode). Pensée dans l’esprit d’une cabane ferretcapienne, construite dans les règles de l’Art par Frédéric Thet de T Design Architecture, un architecte local comme un refuge de luxe, secret, plongé dans un écrin naturel unique et luxuriant, la maison abrite sept chambres, un dortoir pour enfants, une piscine extérieure, un espace bien-être et une salle de cinéma en plein air, et bien d'autres surprises nous annonce t-on. Pour la décoration d’intérieur, les cofondateurs d’Iconic House ont donc fait appel au tandem Jaune, associé à Joséphine Fossey Office pour l'apport artistique. Nichée sous les pins, Le Cœur du Ferret est située tout près des plus belles plages et de l'océan, que désirer de plus?
I've already had the opportunity to introduce you to the first four holiday homes offered by Iconic House, and they are exceptional properties in more ways than one. They're all located in places where you'd love to spend more than a few days, from Provence to the mountains to the Basque coast. Here is a huge, warm wooden house in the heart of Cap Ferret, the latest project by Thibaud Elzière and Robin Michel. And it's aptly named: Le Cœur du Ferret, located on the tip of Cap Ferret.
Thibaud and his family have been spending part of their holidays in this magnificent town every summer for many years (and long before the seaside resort was fashionable). Designed in the spirit of a Ferretcapian cabin, and built to the highest standards by local architect Frédéric Thet of T Design Architecture as a luxurious, secret hideaway set in a unique, lush natural setting, the house houses seven bedrooms, a children's dormitory, an outdoor swimming pool, a wellness area and an open-air cinema, plus many other surprises, we're told. For the interior design, the co-founders of Iconic House called on the Jaune team, with Joséphine Fossey Office providing the artistic input. Nestling under the pine trees, Le Cœur du Ferret, which will be available from 9 July, is located close to the most beautiful beaches and the ocean, so what more could you want?
