Situé dans un immeuble récent d’un quartier résidentiel de Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, ce duplex familial près de Paris, bénéficie d'une belle et double orientation qui le rend particulièrement lumineux. Il possède également une grande terrasse qui donne sur un parc arboré longeant la Seine, de quoi se croire à la campagne en pleine ville ! C'est l'agence de décoration intérieure Sceneri Design d'intérieur qui a été chargé de l'aménagement de ce duplex de 115m2 dont le propriétaire revenait d'un séjour d'expatriation à l'étranger pendant plusieurs années.
Il s'agissait de rénover, moderniser et harmoniser l’aménagement intérieur et la décoration afin de créer un environnement chaleureux, moderne et intemporel pour sa famille. Des couleurs apaisantes, des rangements astucieux et l'aménagement de la terrasse ont été au coeur de la réflexion de l'agence qui a fait construire deux bibliothèques sur mesure dans le salon. Les tons doux comme le beige et le taupe, rehaussés par des touches de bleu pastel habillent les espaces, et donnent beaucoup de sérénité à cet appartement. Located in a recent building in a residential area of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, this family-friendly duplex near Paris has a lovely, dual aspect, making it particularly bright. It also has a large terrace overlooking a wooded park along the Seine, so you can feel like you're in the countryside in the middle of the city! The interior decor agency Sceneri Design d'intérieur was commissioned to fit out this 115m2 maisonette, whose owner had just returned from several years abroad as an expatriate.
The aim was to renovate, modernise and harmonise the interior layout and decor to create a warm, modern and timeless environment for his family. Soothing colours, clever storage and the design of the terrace were at the heart of the agency's thinking, and it constructed two bespoke bookcases in the living room. Soft tones such as beige and taupe, enhanced by touches of pastel blue, decorate the spaces and bring a sense of serenity to this flat.
