Cet appartement est la propriété d'un jeune couple qui aime le design et l'art. L'architecte d'intérieur Ariana Ahmad en a assuré l'aménagement et la décoration. La surface de 90m2 a permis de créer de vastes pièces, un salon et une cuisine ouverte avec sa salle à manger, une chambre pour le couple, et une autre qui sert de bureau. On y trouve également une salle de bain privative pour le couple, et une salle de bain pour les invités. Le plan d'origine a été revu pour créer cet appartement moderne aux couleurs neutres relevées par les touches de tons vifs d'oeuvres contemporaines, comme dans le salon.
Les propriétaires désiraient un lieu très fonctionnel et confortable, actuel et intemporel. L'appartement est très lumineux grâce à ses nombreuses fenêtres, et c'est un de ses points forts sans aucun doute. This flat is owned by a young couple who love design and art. Interior designer Ariana Ahmad designed and decorated the apartment. The 90m2 surface area has allowed the creation of spacious rooms, a living room and an open-plan kitchen with its dining room, a bedroom for the couple and another that serves as an office. There is also a private bathroom for the couple, and a guest bathroom. The original floor plan has been reworked to create this modern flat, with neutral colours enhanced by bright touches of contemporary art, as in the living room.
The owners wanted a highly functional and comfortable space that was both contemporary and timeless. The flat has plenty of light thanks to its many windows, and this is undoubtedly one of its strong points. The contrast between light and dark tones is particularly appreciated by the couple, and was used as the basis for decorating this modern flat in neutral tones, as well as the addition of blue, which they also love.
